"Amazing Customer Service!"
I was buying tickets to a concert over Stampede through Showpass. There were some issues with getting a discount to work properly, so I used the chat box on the website to see if I could get some help. I was surprised when someone actually answered, instead of a robotic auto reply, and they helped me out right away! Very friendly staff, instant response, and easy to use system (beyond my fat fingered typing). Will definitely use showpass again!
