Picking my seat was a bit confusing at first. The seats took a while to load, and I kind of got the sense the system was struggling in the background, but once everything showed up, it worked fine enough.

I bought tickets on Showpass and it was kinda super quick. Found the event, picked my tickets, paid, and the email showed up right away. No weird steps or anything confusing. It was just easy, which I really appreciate.
