Picking my seat was a bit confusing at first. The seats took a while to load, and I kind of got the sense the system was struggling in the background, but once everything showed up, it worked fine enough.

The notifications were okay overall, but a few updates came in later than I would’ve liked. Support did get back to me eventually, so that was good, but the communication could definitely be a bit more on top of things
